OPPO has revolutionized voice recording by introducing an AI Recording Summary. This feature automatically processes your voice recordings, extract key information and turns them into easy-to-read summaries.
“Summaries are exported to the Notes app, where information such as to-do lists, time, and locations are highlighted and formatted for easy reading,” explains OPPO Kenya, PR Manager, Fredrique Achieng.
Currently, AI Recording Summary supports speech-to-text conversion in three languages, namely English, Chinese, and Hindi. This means if you are in conversation or meeting with someone speaking in any of these languages, the handset will leverage the power of AI to help you access the information you need exactly when you need it.
AI Toolbox; this is a feature that recommends to you the different AI functions based on what you are doing on your handset.
For instance, it could recommend to you the AI Writer whenever you want to text, post on social media or draft an email. What’s more? The AI Writer can generate the content you want to write or post in seconds.
AI Summary; this comes in handy whenever you want to get the gist of a long article. Here, the AI Summary extracts key details from long text passages on web pages or supported apps and summaries for you.
AI Speak; this feature converts texts to voice. This could come in handy whenever you are doing other tasks that require more attention. “For instance, if you come across an interesting post, you can leverage this feature. This is because, AI Speak can read the contents of a page out loud, so you can stay updated while washing your face, brushing your teeth, or eating,” says Achieng.
AI Studio; this feature uses the latest GenAI technology to transform ordinary photos to fun digital avatars or super creative profile pictures.
In addition, the Reno12 Series have a preinstalled AI Smart Image Matting 2.0 feature which enables you to edit out any subject from your photo. Using this feature, you can remove up to three subjects from a photo. “You can now also save the cut-out subject as a standalone sticker for future use, making it easy to add missing friends to group photos to create the perfect shot,” says the OPPO Kenya PR Manager.
