City Hall Way in Nairobi City centre has been closed for four days from Monday to Thursday this week, to pave way for preparation of FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) Safari Rally that drives off from on Thursday.
This year’s edition is the third round of the 2025 WRC.
World champion Thierry Neuville and championship leader, Elfyn Evans are among a number of international drivers who have confirmed participation in the 2025 FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) Safari Rally in Kenya.
Kenya is represented in the race by; Jeremiah Wahome, Hamza Anwar, Samman Singh, Aakif Virani, Nikhil Sachania, Jasmeet Chana, Issa Amwari, Evans Nzioka and Pauline Sheghu.
The rally cars will be flagged off at City Hall Way and head to Kasarani for the Super Special Stage.
The cars will then head to Naivasha, with the event closing at Hell’s Gate on Sunday, 23rd March 2025.
