Property developer, Mi Vida Homes has signed a strategic partnership with Space Master Properties for construction development of Habitat, a 24 -storey mixed used development along Ralph Bunche Road in Nairobi that seeks to tap into Nairobi’s growing medical tourism.
Habitat includes 42 medical suites developed for sale to the healthcare industry, a residential and hospitality component tailored for short- and medium-term stays and retail space.
The residential component includes provisions for assisted living solutions.
Mi Vida will take over development and commercial management of the project.
The building has now topped out, with show houses ready, and in the finishing stage.
