The Board of Music Copyright Society of Kenya Limited (MCSK) says it has sued those behind the circulation of misinformation on social media that its CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua had been fired.

Addressing a media briefing, MCSK Chairperson Dr. Lazarus Muli says the institution has full confidence in Dr. Mutua.

“The MCSK Board therefore takes great exception to the malicious propaganda that has been peddled on our CEO by people claiming to be directors. The Board has already instituted legal action against the people behind the malicious attacks on our CEO,” says Dr. Muli.
