Geoffrey Monari has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) with immediate effect.
Monari replaces Charles Ringera who has completed his term.
Monari has been tapped from the Universities Fund where he served as the founding Chief Executive Officer since the year 2020 to date.
“Geoffrey Monari comes at the helm of HELB with over 15 years in senior management experience across the higher education financing sector,” said HELB Chairperson Ekwee Ethuro.
