Airtel Kenya has increased Weekly and Monthly data offering by up to 50% for prices ranging between Kshs 50 and Kshs 1,000. The increase in data offering comes after Safaricom effected a similar increase targeting those on Home Fibre and stiff competition from Elon Musk’s Starlink.
Under the new offering, Weekly and Monthly customers will enjoy increased data offerings at the same price points as before.
Airtel Kenya Managing Director, Ashish Malhotra, says: “As we continue to serve our customers in the digital space, we remain flexible and adaptive to meet their diverse demands. These new data plans are designed to provide enhanced capacity, offering more seamless and reliable connections.”
The revamped plans, customers can gift bundles to other Airtel users and extend bundle validity by purchasing another bundle before the current one expires or selecting the auto-renew option.
“Our primary goal is to ensure that all our customers consistently enjoy affordable, convenient, and market-leading services that evolve with their needs,” says Malhotra.
