Carrefour creates 25 jobs after opening Spring Valley outlet

Majid Al Futtaim, which operates Carrefour in Kenya, has opened its 26th store in the country, in Spring Valley on Lower Kabete Road, offering a diverse range of groceries, fresh produce and essential household items.

The Spring Valley store is expected to create 25 new employment opportunities, adding to Carrefour Kenya’s team of over 2,600 workers, of which 99% are local talent.

To celebrate the opening, Carrefour is offering store exclusive discounts on a range of products for two weeks, providing customers with exceptional value and a superior shopping experience.

Carrefour in Spring Valley offers self-checkout service, the seventh such Carrefour outlet in Kenya. The others outlets with self-checkout services are; Westgate Shopping Mall, The Village Market, Sarit Centre Mall, The Hub, Runda Mall and GTC Mall.
