The Communications Authority of Kenya has directed broadcasters to adhere to betting, lottery and gambling regulatory requirements.
Communications Authority of Kenya Director General David Mugonyi says the notifications follows “an increase in the number of complaints raised by consumers regarding betting, lottery and gambling content that is aired on television and radio stations” in Kenya.
